Our construction and on-site execution are led by Erich Meixner of EJM Enterprises, a licensed builder with over 10 years of proven general contracting experience. Erich brings precision, technical expertise, and hands-on leadership to every project—overseeing all phases of construction including demolition, framing, roofing, concrete, sewer/water infrastructure, and full-scale renovations.
